All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to your selected plan. No credit card is required to start. If you choose to add a payment method and cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
After 7 days, your account is automatically billed at the rate of your selected plan unless you cancel first.
You may cancel your subscription at any time using any of the following methods:
Cancellations are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is complete.

Signal Engine subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.

You may reactivate your Signal Engine account at any time within 30 days of cancellation. Your data, settings, and history will be restored exactly as you left them. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted and reactivation starts a fresh account.

Signal Engine is a B2B revenue intelligence and marketing automation platform that provides AI-powered tools for lead scoring, campaign generation, churn prediction, competitor monitoring, and related business functions. The Service is provided on a subscription basis via signalengine.solutions.
Signal Engine offers three paid plans: Starter ($49/mo), Growth ($149/mo), and Scale ($499/mo). All plans include a 7-day free trial.

Signal Engine uses artificial intelligence to generate content including emails, SMS messages, campaign copy, and business analyses. You acknowledge that:
Signal Engine and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Revenant Labs LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of your own data. You grant Signal Engine a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal Engine and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account per our Cancellation Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Henry County, Georgia.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

When you use our free Revenue Scan on the website, we collect your email address, company name, and the information you enter into the scan form. This is used to send your scan results and relevant follow-up information.
