Score your first account
Go to Signal Scoring → enter a company name, industry, and any signals you know about them → click Score Account. You'll get a 0–100 buy-readiness score in seconds.

Find revenue at risk
Go to Revenue Leakage → enter your at-risk deals, renewals, or stalled accounts → see a prioritized watchlist with recovery recommendations.

Generate outreach
Go to Sequence Builder → select a trigger signal and target persona → get a full multi-step email sequence written by AI, personalized to your account.

Scan any company website
Go to URL Intelligence → paste any company URL → get instant tech stack detection, buying signals, SEO health, and a personalized outreach brief.

Sample Data

The ↺ Load Sample Data button in the sidebar pre-populates all dashboard sections with realistic demo data so you can explore every feature without entering real accounts first.

Sample data appears across Signal Scoring, Pipeline Velocity, Win/Loss Analyzer, Revenue Leakage, Account Health, and Lead Scoring. A blue banner appears at the top of any section showing sample data.

ℹ️ Sample data is temporary Sample data is stored in your browser session only. Refreshing or signing out clears it. Your real account data is always preserved separately.

Signal Scoring

Score any account's buy-readiness from 0–100 using live signals. The score factors in hiring patterns, funding, tech stack changes, engagement, and ICP fit.

Input fields

Company Name
The account you want to score. Be specific — "TechFlow Inc" not just "TechFlow".
Quick Signal Checklist
Check any known signals. Each checkbox adds weight — hiring AE roles is +high, recent funding is +high, competitor complaint is +medium.
Additional Signals
Paste any raw intel — LinkedIn posts, news articles, CRM notes. The AI extracts signal strength automatically.

Reading the output

Every tile in the score card is clickable and expands to show detailed reasoning. Click the Talk Track tile to reveal a ready-to-use cold outreach opener with a copy button.

💡 Score guide 76–100 = HOT — contact today. 50–75 = WARM — contact this week. Below 50 = add to watch list and re-score in 2 weeks.

Enter your Business/Offer, Target Persona, and value proposition. The more specific, the better the output.

Add recipients and send
Enter recipient email addresses in the field that appears, then click Send Campaign. A test send option lets you preview in your own inbox first.
💡 Best results Use a specific persona like "VP Sales at B2B SaaS, 50–200 employees, using HubSpot" rather than just "sales manager." Specificity dramatically improves personalization.

URL Intelligence

Paste any company URL to get instant AI intel — tech stack detection, buying signals, SEO health score, and a personalized outreach brief.

What you get

Tech Stack
CRM, chat tools, analytics, payment processors, and CMS detected from the page source. Useful for personalizing outreach ("I see you're on HubSpot…").
Buying Signals
Hiring activity, pricing page presence, demo CTAs, funding references, and growth language detected from the site.
SEO Health
Score out of 100 with specific issues flagged — missing meta tags, thin content, no canonical URL, etc.
Outreach Brief
A ready-to-use subject line, opening line, pain point, pitch, and CTA — personalized to what was found on the site.
💡 Scan depth Standard scan covers the homepage. Deep scan also checks /contact, /blog, and /pricing for more signal data. Use deep scan for high-priority accounts.

Market Sizer

Calculate TAM, SAM, and SOM with live sliders, charts, and a full text report for pitch decks.

How it works

All four sliders update charts live — no need to click Calculate. The text report auto-generates on every calculation and can be copied to clipboard in one click.

Three chart tabs are available: Market Breakdown (donut), 5-Year Projection (area chart), and Scenarios (bar chart comparing conservative, base, and aggressive capture rates).

💡 For pitch decks Click "Copy Report" to get formatted market sizing text ready to paste directly into a pitch deck or investor memo. The Pitch Deck Generator can also pull these numbers automatically.

Pitch Deck Generator

Auto-generates two decks from your live dashboard data — Business Opportunity (for investors/partners) and Business Growth (showing impact since using Signal Engine).

Team Performance

AI-scored rep performance built from live dashboard signals — win rates, pipeline, churn, campaigns. Automatically pulls from Win/Loss, Pipeline Velocity, Account Health, Churn Prediction, Campaign Optimizer, and Expansion Revenue.

Adding reps

Click "+ Add Rep" → enter their full name. Their scores start at 50 and are updated as you log wins, losses, and activity in other dashboard sections.

AI Coaching Signals

Click "Generate This Week's Signals" to get AI coaching recommendations based on live data. Each signal is expandable — click to see action steps, and click "Get Detailed Plan" for a full step-by-step coaching plan per rep.

💡 Signal Score The Signal Score (0–100) measures quality of targeting, not volume of activity. A rep with 20 calls to high-signal accounts scores higher than one with 100 calls to cold leads.

Revenue Leakage

Identifies where revenue is silently slipping — deals going quiet, renewals at risk, missed upsells, and billing gaps. Every account gets a risk level and a specific recovery action.

Adding accounts to the watchlist

Company name, deal value, current stage, and days since last contact.

The account appears in the leakage table with a risk level (Medium / High / Critical) based on days silent and deal stage.

Your Data

Signal Engine stores your account data in your browser locally and optionally in your cloud account for multi-device access. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Go to Your Data & Privacy in the sidebar → click "Download My Data" to export everything as JSON.
Delete your data
Go to Your Data & Privacy → click "Delete All My Data" to permanently remove all locally stored data.

FAQ

Why are AI features showing an error? +
Try refreshing the page and running the feature again. If errors persist, contact [email protected] with a description of what you were doing and we'll investigate immediately.
My audit report email went to spam. +
This can happen with new domains and some email providers. Mark the email as "Not Spam" to train your inbox. Future emails will arrive in your inbox. Gmail and iCloud typically deliver correctly — Yahoo may take a few days to recognize our sender reputation.
How do I add my own accounts to the dashboard? +
Use Signal Scoring to score individual accounts — they automatically appear in the Saved Accounts table. For Pipeline Velocity, click "+ Add Deal". For Account Health, click "Add to Board". All data is saved automatically and persists across sessions.
SMS alerts are showing as pending. +
SMS delivery is pending regulatory approval — this is a US carrier requirement for business text messaging. It activates automatically once approved, typically within 1–3 weeks. All email features work normally in the meantime.
Can I export my data? +
Yes — most tables have a CSV export button. The Pitch Deck Generator exports a full HTML deck you can convert to PDF. The Team Performance page has an Export Report button. Signal Reports generates a downloadable report.
How do I add team members? +
Go to Team Performance → click "+ Add Rep" → enter their name. They'll appear in the scoreboard immediately. For full multi-user access with separate logins, this is available on the Growth and Scale plans.
How do I switch between Simple and Pro mode? +
Look for the Mode toggle at the bottom of the left sidebar. "User Friendly" mode shows plain-language labels focused on leads, revenue, and customers. "Pro" mode shows the full platform with all technical features and terminology.
Where is my data stored? +
Your data is stored securely in your browser and in our encrypted cloud database when you're signed in. We never sell your data or use it to train AI models. See Your Data & Privacy in the dashboard for full details and export/delete options.
