Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Signal Engine ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Signal Engine platform at signalengine.solutions.

By creating an account, clicking "I agree," or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into this agreement, and accept these Terms in full.

Signal Engine is a B2B revenue intelligence SaaS platform that provides:

• AI-powered buy signal detection and account scoring
• Campaign automation across email, SMS, and other channels
• Revenue leakage detection and churn risk analysis
• CRM integration and data enrichment tools
• Dashboard analytics and reporting features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To use Signal Engine you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at [email protected]
• Ensuring your registration information remains accurate and up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

Signal Engine offers a 7-day free trial of the Growth plan to new users. The free trial:

• Begins immediately upon account creation — no credit card required to start
• Provides full access to all Growth plan features for 7 days
• Automatically expires at the end of the trial period
• Does not automatically charge you — you must actively choose to upgrade

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Current pricing:

• Starter: $49/month
• Growth: $149/month
• Enterprise: $499/month

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to receive text messages from Signal Engine. You understand that:

• Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan
• Message frequency varies based on account activity and settings
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
• Reply HELP for support or contact [email protected]
• SMS consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any service

You agree not to use Signal Engine to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or malicious code
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Signal Engine and all its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and AI models — are owned by Signal Engine and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you upload or input into the platform. By using Signal Engine, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our express written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer. Signal Engine uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis, predictions, scores, recommendations, and other outputs ("AI Outputs"). AI Outputs are provided for informational and business intelligence purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind including financial, legal, investment, or accounting advice. AI Outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that:

• AI Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
• Predictions (including churn risk, revenue leakage, and buy-readiness scores) are estimates based on patterns and are not guarantees of future outcomes
• You are solely responsible for any business decisions made based on AI Outputs
• Signal Engine is not liable for any losses, damages, or adverse outcomes resulting from reliance on AI Outputs
• AI models are operated by Anthropic, PBC — their usage policies apply to AI processing of your prompts

You should independently verify any AI Output before making significant business decisions based on it.

Signal Engine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 90 days following termination before permanent deletion, during which time you may request an export.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Henry County, Georgia.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will provide notice of material changes via email or platform notification.
